Τὸ θεῖον ἦλθε Πνεῦμα τοῖς ἀποστόλοις | |
πνοῇ βιαίᾳ καὶ πυρὸς θεωρίᾳ | |
ἕκαστον αὐτῶν συνετίζον εἰς ἄκρον, | |
τὸν νοῦν ὁπλίζον πρὸς πάλην τῶν δαιμόνων, | |
γνῶσιν διδάσκον Τριάδος σελασφόρου· | |
γλώσσαις λαλοῦσιν ἁλιεῖς παραυτίκα | |
ταῖς τῶν παρόντων ἐθνικῶν ἀθροισμάτων | |
ὡς Πνεύματος φέροντες ἄρρητον σθένος. |
