	Ἔχθραν τε πολλὴν ἐκ μεγιστάνων νέμει.
	Καταβιβάζων τῷδέ μοι τἀναντία,
	Ἔχθραν τε δηλοῖ μᾶλλον ἐκ κακωτέρων
	Ἀνδρῶν ἀσήμων καὶ ταπεινῶν ἐν βίῳ·
	Ἀγαθοποιὸς δ’ εἰ πάρεστι τῷ τόπῳ,
	Κέρδος δίδωσιν ἐκ βροτῶν πενεστάτων.
	Καὶ ταῦτα βίβλος Βαβυλωνίων γράφει.
